I woke up one day with wings.
I learned of the science and beauty of the wind, the wonder and marvel of the skies, and the ancient secrets of places unseen by grounded human eyes.
I jumped and fell without falling. A graceful descent, spiralling, trusting in instinct. Nature’s will was done and I danced through the clouds.
I chased the Sun until it fled. I chased the Moon and the Stars until they died, lonely and cold.
Nestled atop the world, I looked and saw. And beauty smiled back.
